Annual Workplace Safety Support
Hearing tests, CPR renewals, blood-borne pathogens training, ergonomics, and safety consulting planned on one yearly calendar — with due dates tracked and records delivered after every visit.
One Plan for Everything That Comes Due Each Year
Hearing tests are annual. Blood-borne pathogens training is annual. CPR cards expire every two years, new hires need baselines and training, and Emergency Action Plans need reviewing when things change. Tracking all of it alongside a full-time job is where things slip. Annual support is for companies that want those requirements planned, scheduled, and documented — usually employers of 100–500 people without a full-time safety director.
Employers usually ask for an annual plan when:
- Several recurring requirements are coming due at different times
- An HR or plant manager is covering safety on top of another role
- The company is growing and new hires keep needing testing and training
- A gap assessment or citation showed that renewals had lapsed
How It Works
Before: Build the Calendar
Jeff lists every recurring requirement at your facility, notes current due dates and headcounts, and builds a yearly calendar that combines services into as few visits as practical.
During the Year: Scheduled Visits
Testing, training, and consulting happen on the planned dates. New hires are added to upcoming visits, and you can call or email Jeff with questions between visits.
After Each Visit and at Year-End
Reports, cards, and training records are delivered after each visit. At year-end you receive a summary of what was completed and what comes due next year.

Scheduling, Facility Requirements, and Pricing
Scheduling
Visits are set at the start of the year and adjusted as your needs change. Combining services on the same visit keeps the number of service days down.
What You Provide
A single contact for scheduling, current headcounts and certification dates, and the rooms each service needs — a quiet room for hearing tests and floor space for CPR practice.
What Affects the Price
Which services are in the plan, your headcount, the number of visits and shifts, and travel for regional sites. Audiometric testing within a plan is priced per employee, the same way it is on its own.
Relevant Experience
Jeff is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, an American Heart Association instructor for 22+ years, and a Certified Athletic Trainer with on-site manufacturing experience — so one professional can deliver most of what a mid-sized facility needs each year, with a licensed audiologist reviewing every hearing test. Frequently Asked Questions — Annual Safety Support
What does an annual plan usually include?
Whatever recurs at your facility. Common pieces are annual audiometric testing and new-hire baselines, CPR and First Aid renewals, annual blood-borne pathogens training, an Emergency Action Plan review and drill, and ergonomics or consulting time.
Who coordinates the schedule?
Jeff does. He builds the calendar with your contact, tracks due dates such as card expirations and annual tests, and handles the scheduling logistics so your records stay current with minimal effort on your end.
Is this a retainer?
It can be. Some clients use Jeff on a retainer as their ongoing safety resource; others prefer a planned set of visits with as-needed help in between. Jeff works out the arrangement that fits your company's size and budget.
Can we add services during the year?
Yes. New hires, a new line, or an incident can change your needs. Additional services are quoted and added to the calendar.
How does this help with larger workforces?
Planning ahead is what makes larger headcounts manageable. Hearing tests run two employees at a time in 30-minute rotations, CPR classes hold 4 to 12 people with several classes a day, and work is spread across shifts and visits on the calendar so nothing piles up at once.
